Name: James Lea

What is your occupation? Painter/Decorator
Why did you choose to do this course? After meeting Marie I was interested in what the course could provide for me for personal development. Trusting Marie got me to the course, and after that curiosity dragged me in and kept me interested. Even though I’ve now done a number of courses a number of times, each one is different because of the people. It’s a journey, and I don’t know where the middle or the end of the journey is, but curiosity keeps me going.
What was your best memory of any course? Watching the moment that you know the group has joined together.
What was the most challenging thing about the course? The presentations at the end of the course, although your fear is becoming less and less as the course progresses, the thought of organising it is challenging to me personally.
What would you say to potential new delegates? Everyone can learn something from these courses, whatever walk of life they’re from, no matter what beliefs, they’ll learn something; and the learning isn’t just about yourself, its about yourself and others.
